A CAR was almost destroyed after catching fire near Bridgwater Firefighters from Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service rushed to the incident in North Petheron shortly before 7pm on Sunday.
On arrival, crews used two breathing apparatus and hose reel jet to extinguish the blaze.
The car was 90 per cent damaged by smoke and 10 per cent damaged by fire.
The cause of the fire is believed to be accidental.
