East Devon District Council says they have been made aware of a 'sewage discharge' by South West Water on Budleigh Salterton beach. The notice was published on the council Facebook page on Thursday (November 21). They said: "We have received a report of a sewage pollution incident at Budleigh Beach from the Environment Agency.
