SMITH Rachel of Bridgwater, passed away peacefully in her sleep, at her home on the 12th April 2023. Aged 50 years. Rachel will be sadly and greatly missed by her loving mum and dad, family and friends. A funeral service will be held at Sedgemoor Crematorium on Monday 15th May 2023 at 12:00 noon.
