PAUL Stephen Leslie James (Steve) Aged 74, passed away peacefully on Wednesday 26th July at Avalon Nursing Home surrounded by his family. Steve was the much loved Husband of Brenda, a loving Father to Darren, Kerry and Nathan, he also was a doting Grandad and Great Grandad. He will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of meeting him, especially his rugby family. The celebration of Steve's life will take place at Sedgemoor Crematorium, Red Lane, Stretcholt TA6 4SR on Friday 11th August at 10am, and then afterwards at Steve's 2nd home, Burnham-on-Sea Rugby Club, BASC Ground, Stoddens Road, TA8 2BS. The family politely request that there are no flowers. Donations are welcome for Avalon Nursing Home, who provided the best possible nursing care for Steve during his time there. These donations can be made on the day or c/o Ashley Edwards Funeral Directors www.ashleyedwards.co.uk Steve's Family ask if you could join in with them by wearing something blue and white or any Rugby Shirt on the day.
