SALT David Richard Of Chippenham, formerly of Bridgwater has sadly passed away on Friday 18th August 2023 at the Royal United Hospital in Bath aged 59. A much loved Dad, Grandfather, Brother and Uncle. Dave will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. In Dave's memory a funeral service is to take place on Tuesday 12th September 2023 at St Georges Church, Wembdon at 12 Noon. Dave was a Fire team leader in one of my Emergency teams at Hinkley Point A Nuclear Power Station.
He was an excellent Fire team leader / first aider and had all the qualities that anyone would wish to have.
Dave was a person that if there was an incident on the Power Station you would always feel that you were in safe hands.
He was also an excellent plant operator who paid particular detail on all the tasks that he was requested to carry out.
My deapest sympathy and thoughts to his wife and family.
Dave will be sadly missed by all who knew him 😢
