BOOBYER Joan Deeply missed, Joan Boobyer sadly passed away on 5/10/2023 at the age of 82. Leaving behind a vast array of family and friends. Joan was born in January 1941 to Stan and Mary Peppard, from Othery, Joan spent most of her working life at Knowle Hall for BIBIC running the kitchen and making sure the children and families were looked after. She lived for close to 50 years in Woolavington and the first 28 years married to Vic Boobyer, she always loved her flowers, garden centres and animals with dogs being a favourite. She was predeceased by one son Mike and leaves behind her remaining children, Denise, Suzie, Julie, Alan, Trevor, Andy and Paul, 2 sisters Sue and Philly and brother Roger along with many grand/great grand/ and great great grand children and companion Barry she sure did a great job at contributing to the population of the south west. The funeral for Joan will take place on Tuesday the 24th October at 11am, at Woolavington Church, for anyone that wishes to attend and the 37 club Puriton afterwards. We invite anyone that wishes to, to make a donation to the RSPCA in her honour or Flowers. Love always and forever from the whole family...xxx
