SLADE Sylvia Passed away peacefully on 21st February aged 93 years. Beloved Wife to the late Brian, Much loved mum to Keith, Jan, Phil, Andy, Alison & Geoff. Grandma to Charli, Matt, Kat & Alice. Funeral service at Sedgemoor Crematorium on Friday 15th March at 12 noon.
