BROWNSEY Margarite Of Puriton. Former Head of Business and Professional studies at Bridgwater Collage, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on 26 February 2024 aged 94. A service will be held at The Methodist Temple, Taunton on Tuesday 26th March 2024 at 2.00pm, followed by interment. Family flowers only please. In loving memory of my wonderful College teacher who was a great inspiration to me for the two years I spent at Bridgwater Business & Secretarial College at Park Road.
Mrs Brownsey, you were such an amazing lady and I look back with such happy memories of my time there because of you, and today, nearly 67 years old, I am still working in secretarial & admin. Thank you for all your hard work transforming us from school leaving teenagers to mature young adults with a bit of etiquette in the office, making us confident to face the big adult working world. R.I.P Mrs Brownsey, you were well loved & one of a kind xxx
