of Bridgwater, passed away peacefully at Musgrove Park Hospital on the 31st October 2024. Aged 54 years.
Jon will be deeply missed by his children Joe and Ruby, and by all his loving family and friends.
A funeral service will be held at Sedgemoor Crematorium on Wednesday 20th November 2024 at 11:00am.
