Bus fire in North Petherton
FIRE crews were called to a bus fire in North Petherton this afternoon (March 15).
Fire Control sent two teams from Bridgwater to attend reports of a single decker bus with smoke issuing from front tyre at around 12.26pm.
On arrival crews found a small fire within the brake disc on the nearside of the bus and used one hose reel jet. A thermal imaging camera was also used to check for hotspots.
