THE circus is returning to Bridgwater with high-flying acrobats, jugglers, and clowns promising thrills and spills to entertain all the family.
Fast and furious feats are on offer with The Centners, who light up the Big Top with their flame throwing juggling from the back of their speeding quad bikes, whilst daring trapeze artistes Duo Velvet fly through the roof of the arena without any safety devices.
A spokesman for Circus Wonderland said: "Grace Olivia brings glitz and glamour to the spotlight with her fiery foot juggling fiesta, and Argentinian acrobat Sebastian perches precariously at the top of his perilous pole, 10 metres above the heads of the audience.
"Amidst the action and excitement, award-winning clowns Kakehole and Mr Popol return with their crazy comic capers, with madcap music, magic and an exploding grand piano, and there is a special appearance from the unique UV star Mr Slinky.
"There are no performing animals but look for our guest star Baby Shark."
Circus Wonderland is appearing at St Matthew’s Field from Friday August 16 until Sunday, August 18.
Show times are Friday at 3pm and 7pm, Saturday at 2pm and 5pm, and Sunday at 2pm only.
