Walker captures stunning image of rare phenomenon in sky above Somerset town
THIS incredible picture shows a rare natural phenomenon known as a brocken spectre - where the shadow of the photographer has been cast on clouds opposite the Sun's direction.
Michelle Cowbourne, 52, a water treatment worker, was walking early in the morning with the sun on her back as she crested a tor.
Standing on top of Glastonbury Tor, the sun sent her shadow cascading onto the clouds beneath her.
Michelle, who was seen a brocken spectre once before, said: "I can see why people think they're mystical or magic, but I know it's just sunlight on water crystals."
