The Lamb Inn, Spaxton
This pub is on the market with Christie & Co, Bristol, for £445,000.
Again, it has been described as a "characterful" building, with a Grade II Listed status. It was originally two farmhouse cottages with origins dating back to the 1600s.
White Horse, near Taunton
This pub is on the market for £139,999 with Intelligent Business Partners, Leeds.
It is being sold as a leasehold tenure, with the pub premises and accommodation.
Kings Arms, Wellington
This pub is on the market for £250,000 with Fleurets Ltd.
It has three storeys, plus a basement.
Drayton Crown, Langport
This pub is on the market for £75,000, again with Fleurets Ltd.
It is being sold as a leasehold tenure, and has a large dining room and beer garden.
