A BANNED driver has been found guilty of getting behind the wheel while disqualified.
Cain Reynolds, 20, of Stockmoor Drive, Bridgwater, was caught driving on the A38 Taunton Road, North Petherton, on January 29 this year - when he was aged 19
He was not present at a hearing at Taunton Magistrates' Court last Tuesday, when magistrates found him guilty.
Reynolds was handed a community order with 40 hours unpaid work, along with a £95 victim surcharge and £250 costs.
He received a two-month driving ban.
He was also found guilty in his absence of driving without insurance, for which he received no separate penalty.
