A FARM full of sunflowers is once again open to the Somerset public.
Thurloxton Farm, at Thurloxton, annually hosts an event allowing visitors to walk fields of stunning sunflowers.
Now, the Thurloxton fields are open once again, raising awareness of the Hidden Disabilities sunflower.
The farm is open daily until September 5, between 2pm and 7pm on weekdays and from 10am until 7pm at weekends.
Entry costs £5 per person, to include six ”pick your own” sunflowers. Under fives are free.
"Bring suitable footwear and a pair of secateurs to cut your flowers," said a spokesperson.
"Spend as long as you wish in the fields, enjoy the views and watch the wildlife, bring a rug and have a picnic, enjoy the day."
The attraction also boasts a free maze field.
"We are raising awareness of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower this year, so please take a look at the posters to see what it is all about," the spokesperson added.
No drones or professional photo-shoots are allowed on the site, except by arrangement, they added.
To reserve a slot for your sole use on weekday mornings, send an email to a@thurloxton.com.
