BRIDGWATER was bathed in Christmas light during the annual switch-on event on Saturday (November 20).
The Snowflakes event returned to the town, with stalls offering shoppers the chance for some bargain hunting throughout the day, while entertainers provided music and more.
Hundreds turned out for the event, with the lights being switched on at 6pm by the Mayor of Bridgwater, Leigh Redman, and chair of Sedgemoor District Council, Alan Bradford.
A fireworks display followed the big switch-on, with music and dance entertaining revellers enjoying the scene.
