POLICE in Sedgemoor have carried out three raids this week as part of their aim to shut down cannabis growing operations.
Neighbourhood beat teams in the Highbridge and Bridgwater areas carried out three warrants under the Misuse of Drugs Act.
The action resulted in an arrest for the suspected cultivation of cannabis.
A spokesperson for the neat team said: "More importantly this has taken drugs off of the streets."
