A TEENAGER who failed to be "of good behaviour" at appointments arranged as part of a community order has been fined £200 at Taunton Magistrates' Court.
Joseph Twigg, 18, of Wyndhams, Wiveliscombe, was up in court for breaching the order, which was originally imposed for assault by beating and for assaulting a police officer.
He was fined £100 for each offence.
CODY Coutts, 21, of Bower Avenue, Bridgwater, was fined £125 for breaching a community order.
KYLE Paul Woodward, 35, of Kershaw Close, Taunton, was fined £80 for missing an appointment, thus breaching a community order.
AN Exford man must pay more than £800 after being found guilty in his absence of driving without insurance in Canal Road, Taunton, on September 7, 2020.
Trevor John Edwards, 49, c/o Conifer Close, who denied the offence, was also banned from driving for 12 months.
He was fined £180, along with a £34 victim surcharge and £620 costs.
He received no separate penalty for driving without the correct licence.
