A BRIDGWATER man failed to comply with a community protection order in the town's McDonald's FIVE times.
Matthew Lance Mills, 33, of Blake Place, committed the breaches contrary to the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act over a period of two months.
He was found guilty at Taunton Magistrates' Court of the five offences. Three of the offences took place in July last year, with one each in August and September.
He was fined £50 on each of the five counts.
Mills was also found guilty of a sixth breach of the community protection order at Bridgwater Retail Park on May 24 last year. He was fined a further £50 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £135 costs.
His total court bill is £469.
