A PASSENGER in a 4X4 knocked a cyclist unconscious and cracked the tooth of another one.
Police are appealing for witnesses or dashcam footage of the incident near Axbridge.
The passenger in a black 4X4 punched the cyclists on Notting Hill Way, Weare, at around 1.50pm on Tuesday, May 24.
The victims described the offender as being aged in his 30s or 40s, of large build with a ginger beard and shaved head.
He was wearing what looked like gym clothing and may have had a ponytail.
