TO celebrate the Queens Platinum Jubilee, pupils have all been very busy preparing decorations in their classes.
Some year groups have posted their cards and well-wishing messages to the Queen and fingers crossed they all get a reply.
On Friday, May 27 they celebrated as a whole school with a Jubilee family picnic on the school field.
It was their first main event since Covid, and they were thrilled to welcome on-site in the region of 800 children and their families to celebrate.
The school OSCAR committee gave each child, member of staff and governors a commemorative Jubilee pin badge and we were so lucky to have some wonderful donations from local businesses to support the events.
The children had a crown competition and parade, followed by games and activities and the finale was a family picnic on the school field.
There were lots of happy smiling faces and glorious sunshine as the whole school sang the national anthem.
Here is a selection of photos from the day.
