A POPULAR Bridgwater pub held a ‘beer garden party’ to celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.
The Lime Kiln Inn, located in Salmon Parade, helds its celebrations over three days of the extended bank holiday weekend.
Before the weekend began, the Lime Kiln said: “You are invited to join us for a three-day gin, cider, and music festival here at the Lime Kiln in Bridgwater to celebrate the Queen's Jubilee bank holiday weekend.
“We will have live music day and night from Thursday, June 2 to Saturday, June 4.
“Early bird tickets are only £10 and include entry for the whole weekend. Bargain!”
Performers included The Paper Crowns, The Rockiteers, The Wooden Suits, The Buzzcuts, and The Cabarats.
On Sunday, June 5, the pub posted on Facebook: “Well, I don't know what to say but a big thank you to everyone who come to our festival.
“It was amazing, I still can't believe how busy it was. I really don't know what to say, but we rocked it.”
One attendee commented: “Fantastic weekend. Thank you for having us. It’s was a real blast.”
Another said: “Great festival with some amazing bands, really enjoyed it.”
