Woolavington Primary School recently hosted a career carousel for their Year 6 pupils.
The youngsters spent Thursday morning speaking to several employers and employees from different career paths.
They were visited by their PCSO, Georgia, Warren from Aspens Caterers, Alex from Sedgemoor District Council and Gary & Ella from Homes in Sedgemoor.
The children moved between visitors and were able to ask questions, try on police uniforms and take part in activities.
Year 6 pupils have been researching and learning about different careers throughout the year.
The children said they "really enjoyed hearing about all the things they get to do in their job" and that they "didn't realise there were so many options after school."
