A TRUCK driver failed to stop following a collision with a moped in Bridgwater.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident in Westonzoyland Road earlier this month.
The moped rider required treatment for a broken collar bone but has since been discharged from hospital.
The incident at around 2.30pm on Friday, June 10, involved a silver VW pick-up truck.
An Avon and Somerset Police spokesperson said: "Officers are now appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision to come forward, specifically the driver of a yellow Peugeot 107 which was near the scene at the time of the incident.
"We’d also like to hear from anyone with dashcam footage.
