THE 16-year-old boy who died from stab wounds following an incident in Somerset at the weekend has been officially named.
The family of Charley Bates, of Radstock, have released a tribute to him while police continue with a murder investigation.
Charley died in The Street, Radstock, on Sunday (July 31).
An 18-year-old man has been charged with his murder.
Three other people have been arrested as part of the police enquiries.
Charley's family said: "Our beautiful Charley boy.
"We are all so very proud of you.
"You are desperately missed by so many.”
The family have asked for their privacy to be respected at this time.
The police investigation continues.
