A TAUNTON teenager faces a trial in front of a judge and jury accused of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.
The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is alleged to have been concerned in the supply of diamorphine and cocaine when he was only 15.
The youngster, who is now 17, is charged with being concerned in the supply of the drugs in Fore Street, Bridgwater, between January 1 and February 3 last year
He has been sent for trial at Taunton Crown Court in the new year under the Crime and Disorder Act 1998.
He denied two counts when he appeared at Taunton Magistrates' Court.
A court order banning his being named lasts until he reaches the age of 18.
