A YOUNG motorist caught on his phone while driving in Bridgwater has been banned.
Harry Thomas Cullen, 22, was spotted using his handheld mobile phone behind the wheel of his car on the A38 Bristol Road on Nay 4 last year,
Cullen, of Lily Way, Rogerstone, Newport, pleaded guilty to the offence when he appeared at Bath Magistrates' Court last Thursday (April 20).
He was fined £66 by magistrates and order to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £110 towards prosecution costs
He was disqualified from driving for six months due to "repeat offending".
He has until May 20 to pay his total court bill of £144.
