A POPULAR bi-weekly exercise class held at Bridgwater Library has been extended to run for a futher two months.
The low impact mobility sessions, organised by Somerset Council’s Library Service with support from Nova Sports, aim to support those living with health conditions.
Initially, the innovative sessions were due to end in August, but frequent attendants will be delighted to know that four extra sessions have been planned due to the class's popularity among locals.
These extra classes will run on September 11 and 25, as well as October 9 and 23.
The sessions, funded by Sport England's 'together fund', incorporate technology to provide a unique and fun way to exercise.
These include virtual reality, Nintendo Switch games, and an interactive projector.
A trained activity coach is also always on scene to help with stretching and guided exercises.
