POLICE have found missing Jake who was last seen in Bridgwater on Thursday, December 28.

A spokesperson from Avon and Somerset Police said: "Yesterday, we issued an appeal to find missing 27-year-old Jake.

"We are pleased to confirm that he has been located safe and well. Thank you to everyone who shared our appeal!"

POLICE are currently looking for a missing man who was last seen on Thursday, December 28 in Bridgwater.

He was last seen at 11.30pm in the Broadway area of Bridgwater and was last seen wearing a white jumper, black tracksuit and a dark-coloured rucksack and multi-coloured bum bag.

Jake is white, of medium build, approximately 5ft 11ins tall, with short, blond/brown hair. He has a diamond tattoo on his left hand. 

A spokesperson from the police said: "Have you seen missing 27-year-old Jake? He was last seen at around 11.30pm on Thursday 28 December in the Broadway area of Bridgwater and we are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.

"Jake has links to Cadbury Heath, in South Gloucestershire, as well as Bridgwater.

"If you know where Jake is, please call 999 and quote reference 5223317124. If you have any other information, please call 101."
