CHILTON Street in Bridgwater is set to close in order to undergo essential roadworks.
The temporary closure, sanctioned by Somerset Council, will be issued from the junction with Kendale Road, spanning 22 metres southwards.
It was revealed in a public notice posted on the Public Notice Portal on March 26.
During the closure, Openreach will work to replace a pole, ensuring public safety and preserving the road's condition.
The closure starts on April 4 and ends on April 5.
Operating times will be limited to between 9.30am and 3.30pm over the two days.
