A VILLAGE pub near Bridgwater is currently looking for new operators.
The Puriton Inn, in Puriton, is owned by Stonegate Pubs, but the company is searching for new people to take the helm.
It's now on the market with a guide rent of £730 per week, and it currently brings in around £8,702 in weekly turnover.
The traditional pub is situated just a stones throw from the Gravity site, which will soon become home to the country's largest battery factory, run by Agratas.
A new leisure facility is also set to open on the former Royal Ordnance Factory site.
Inside the Puriton Inn, the prospective new operators will benefit from a total of 70 covers, split into various dining areas, a drinks bar, and a separate pool and sports room.
Outside, there is also a large beer garden and car park.
A flat above the pub provides three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom with a separate entrance for the operators.
Stonegate Group's Regional Manager said: "A proven, solid business that has plenty of scope to quickly regain the hearts of the local community and to grow exponentially with the development of Gravity Park.
"This business needs experienced leadership who can quickly make a positive impact through high standards, a warm personality, and inspire their team to deliver awesome hospitality.
"With a clear vision for this business and an exacting plan of how to implement it, this is a golden opportunity."
