THE public are invited to attend two consultation events in which they will be encouraged to share thoughts on plans to redevelop Bridgwater Town Hall.
Drop-in consultations will be held on Monday, July 29, and Tuesday, July 30 between 10am and 4pm.
Bridgwater Town Council appointed Connolly Wellingham Architects as the lead consultants to deliver the contract for the redesign.
Officers from the town council and Connolly Wellingham will be present at the events to answer queries and give presentations of the plans at 11:00am and 1:00pm on both days.
Each 11am talk will draw upon the theatre design process and main auditorium scheme, whereas the 1pm talks will cover plans for the atrium, a new reception, and the former Sedgemoor District Council offices.
A spokesperson for the town council said: "The Town Hall is at the heart of Bridgwater and its regeneration will lift the heart of the town and improve services and facilities in the town.
"Public involvement is crucial to this development and the team are keen to hear your views.
"Please try and come along even if you can only attend for a short time.
"These events are an opportunity to view the designs, have your say and ask questions."
