An initiative advocating for the use of green spaces began yesterday.
This year's Love Parks Week runs from July 26 to 4 August 2024, and is being supported by Bridgwater Town Council.
As part of the Seven Sundays of Summer events, the council has planned two exciting events at Blake Gardens.
On Sunday, July 28, The Burtle Silver Band is scheduled to perform at the Blake Gardens Bandstand from 2pm to 4pm.
On Sunday, August 4, The Cobblestones will transform the Blake Gardens into a vibrant hub of activity with live music, food stalls, and classic cars to admire, perfect for all the family to enjoy.
In addition to Blake Gardens, the council oversees St Matthews Field, Victoria Park, Cranleigh Garden, Coronation Park, Bower Ponds, The Meads Eco Park, Brewery Field, and Mansfield Park.
