A HEALTH spa in Bridgwater is celebrating after winning a prestigious award.
Just days before seventh anniversary celebrations, staff from ALAK Health Beauty Spa picked up their latest piece of silverware from the Prestige Awards on Tuesday, July 23.
The spa, found on George Street, was named the South West's best day spa for 2024.
ALAK then commemorated seven years since first opening on Friday, July 26.
Kala Hale, managing director at ALAK, said the award and anniversary celebrations went 'very well', with a 'huge turnout'.
In October last year, the spa was named Somerset's best beauty salon at the English Business Awards.
ALAK endeavours to deliver a personal "one on one" experience to all customers, something which Kala believes sets them apart from other spas in the county.
Just some of the lavish self-care treatments and facilities on offer at the spa include a sauna, steam room, relaxation room, facials and machine facials, nail treatments, beauty treatments, and a bar.
