A SCHOOL in Bridgwater said students, parents, carers and staff should be immensely proud of some truly exceptional results, reflecting the hard work and commitment students have dedicated to their studies throughout their school career.

A number of our students at Chilton Trinity School have achieved an outstanding set of results across the board, securing strong attainment and progress across a broad range of subjects.

Head Girl, Ella Culshaw, said: “I’m really pleased with my results, and I would like to thank the school for all their support during my time here.”

A spokesperson for the school said: “Well done to all our Year 11 students who received their final GCSE, BTEC and Vocational course outcomes today.

“We are incredibly proud of the significant improvement in English and Maths outcomes made by this Year 11 cohort.

“It has been so pleasing to see students across the ability range achieving standard and strong passes in English and Maths as these qualifications offer an important gateway to a wide range of Post-16 courses and opportunities.”

Headteacher at Chilton Trinity School, Kathryn Deady said: “I am thrilled there has been a significant improvement in the progress students have made throughout their time with us.

“These fantastic results are a good example of collaboration at its absolute best between hardworking students, their families and our committed staff.

“We are also fortunate to be able to access support from experienced leaders in the Futura Learning Partnership who have played an integral part in our school improvement journey over the last couple of years.

“This really is a school community prepared to go the extra mile to ensure students have every opportunity to leave school with a good set of qualifications to access the next phase of their education or training at an appropriate level.”
