‘Oktoberfest’ is Lime Kiln CC’s theme for Bridgwater Carnival 2024. The theme was swiftly voted in by members due to the bright colours, celebratory atmosphere and unique song choices that the club would be able to use. The entry on road this year is in memory of members, Gail Perry and John Rollings.
A club spokesperson said: “After a successful year in 2023, Lime Kiln Carnival Club are looking forward to bringing a different theme to carnival in 2024. The theme is hugely enjoyable and is all about a celebration!”
“Working towards success for this year's entries has been a consistent effort by all full and associate members, supporters and friends of Lime Kiln Carnival Club. The club is very grateful to all of those who continue to support them. As always, the club is extremely grateful to everyone at the Lime Kiln Inn, their base, for their unwavering support and to Johnsons Metals for their continued support of the club.”
