Children's charity Brainwave has announced its rebranding from the South West Centre to the National Therapy Assessment Centre.
The change aims to better reflect the centre's impact and dedication to supporting children and families across the South West and the entire UK.
For more than 40 years, Brainwave has been committed to aiding children with disabilities and additional needs.
The charity's assessments and therapy programmes have significantly benefited thousands of families, offering essential resources tailored to each child's unique needs.
Now, the decision to rebrand as the National Therapy Assessment Centre represents a crucial step in Brainwave's journey.
The new name highlights the breadth of their services and their increasing influence beyond their initial region.
Keith Sinclair, CEO of Brainwave, said: "Our new name, the National Therapy Assessment Centre, embodies our commitment to delivering high-quality therapeutic support to children and families wherever they are.
"This change not only better demonstrates our geographic reach but also reinforces our dedication to inclusivity and comprehensive support.
"We remain committed in our aim to help even more children reach their full potential."
The charity continues to offer expert assessments and personalised therapy programmes to meet the diverse needs of the children they support nationwide.
