THE official results for North Petherton Carnival 2024 have been announced, with Gremlins CC once again taking first place in the Open Feature class with their ‘Beatlemania’ themed cart. 

Huckyduck CC also scooped first prize again for their tableaux cart, ‘Brunel’, which features structures inspired by the engineer’s impressive career. Both clubs scooped top prizes for their respective classes and continue their winning streaks at Bridgwater, Burnham-on-Sea and Weston-super-Mare.

Wills CC followed closely behind in the tableaux class with their 'Roald Dahl's Imagination' cart, featuring famous moments from the author's books - including James and the Giant Peach and Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. 

The next procession of the Guy Fawkes circuit is in Shepton Mallet on Wednesday, November 13.
