A disqualified driver was back before magistrates for failing to comply with a previous court order.
Joseph Notaro, 33, of Church Lane, Westonzoyland, admitted twice breaching a court order when he appeared at Taunton and West Somerset Magistrates’ Court.
The court was told he failed to attend unpaid work sessions on October 22 and 29 without giving an acceptable reason within the required timescale.
Notaro was dealt with for the original offence of driving while disqualified in Bridgwater on June 23 this year, for which he received a community order on August 1.
In his latest appearance, he was handed a fresh community order with 120 hours of unpaid work in the community over the next 12 months.
