THE family of Bristol landscape architect Joanna Yeates has visited the scene where her body was found today.
Parents David and Teresa, brother Chris, and Miss Yeates' boyfriend Greg Reardon visited the scene near Long Ashton Golf Club and laid flowers.
The 25-year-old's snow-covered body was discovered by a couple out walking their dogs in Longwood Lane, Failand, on Christmas Day.
The family have formally identified her body. She had not been seen since she was filmed on CCTV at a Tesco store on 17 December.
Police said the death was being treated as suspicious and are appealing for anyone with any information about her death to come forward.
Howevever, due to the frozen conditions of her body, a post mortem has still not been concluded and police are not going to to be in a position to confirm the cause of her death until tomorrow (Tuesday) at the earliest.
