NINE out of ten people in the South-West say they are concerned about rising vehicle fuel costs - with more than half planning to make fewer journeys as a result.
A survey by Countryside magazine also revealed that 55% feel they will be worse off financially by the end of 2011 but 2% say they will be better off.
