Bridgwater’S monthly town centre farmers’ markets will now run weekly, starting this Friday.
Sedgemoor District Council said the markets, which will now be known as the Bridgwater Castle Market, after the original market which grew outside the gates of Bridgwater Castle, had rocketed in popularity since launching in 2000.
The markets run from 9am to 2pm in Fore Street.
