STAFF and governors at Westover Green Primary School in Bridgwater were delighted with their latest Ofsted inspection, which was published this month.
It rated the school as “good” overall, and described pupils’ behaviour as “outstanding”.
The quality of teaching, and the school’s leadership and management, were all rated as good.
Pupils’ attainment and attendance were areas identified for further improvement in the report.
The school says procedures are already in place to address attendance issues, which it says have an effect on pupils’ attainment.
The governors and staff thanked the parents and children for their continuing support.
