SOMERSET’S mental health staff are among the most satisfied in the country, a survey has found.
The 2010 NHS Staff Satisfaction Survey, published last week by the Care Quality Commission, ranked the Somerset Partnership Trust, which runs the county’s mental health services, in the top 20% nationally for staff job satisfaction.
