BRIDGWATER & Albion and North Petherton have had their final league positions revealed today.
The Rugby Football Union (RFU) announced yesterday that the final league tables would be confirmed on April 3, with the season having been brought to a halt by the coronavirus pandemic.
The RFU statement added: "It was agreed that final standings for the men’s and women’s community game would be calculated on a best playing record formula, maintaining promotion and relegation for those leagues."
Today it has been confirmed that Albion finish the South West 1 West season in seventh place, just ahead of Pethy in eighth.
Further down the pyramid, Morganians have been declared champions of Somerset 2 South.
North Petherton Ladies have avoided relegation from Women's NC 1 South West, with Westbury ranked bottom of the table.
