Toolstation Western League Division One: Middlezoy Rovers 4-0 Odd Down
MIDDLEZOY Rovers were worthy winners on Saturday (November 11) over Odd Down at home.
In the match in the Toolstation Western League Division One, Middlezoy won 4-0 and were well in control throughout the ninety minutes.
The result takes Rovers to tenth place on the league table.
In the match, the early exchanges were a little back and forth as the poor weather made for a scrappy start.
However, a goal from Noah Brown gave Rovers the lead partway through the half as he shot from the edge of the box after a cross from Owen Sellick.
In the second period Middlezoy put the foot down and ran in three more goals to the pleasure of the home crowd.
George Turner scored twice and substitute James Millard picked up the other goal in the match.
Overall it was a very strong showing from Middlezoy who will look to continue that into next weekend when they take on Hengrove Athletic away from home.
