JUST like it was in round three of the Seniors Eclectic back on the final day of October it was Nigel Ellis who took victory in round four.
He scored a nett 65 which gave him a two stroke winning margin over Ian Adams.
Adams was one clear of third placed man Brian Read who posted a nett 68. Ellis also scored one of the three two's on the day with his birdie at the 14th being matched by Tim Amy at the same hole and Dave Cogger at the 4th.
Chris Fairchild recorded his third win in Seniors Medal events in 2023 last Thursday when the November edition headed in his direction.
It was contested over the nine hole layout and he led the rest of the field by a single stroke as he beat par by one stroke over the nine holes.
Second spot required a countback to decide and it was Barry Roe who relegated Kevin Davies into third after the computer had conducted this.
Fairchild also boosted his winnings by claiming the only two of the event courtesy of a birdie two at the 7th (the 5th on 9 hole layout though!).
