IN the latest round of the Bridgwater Sunday League, it was Spirit FC who were at their best as they earned an impressive 5-0 win over Highburn Athletic.
It was a family affair in the match as Joshua Stephenson and his father Jason Stephenson both scored in the match with other relations Luke Bird and Carl Jones also scoring.
Man of the match Jack Adey also scored a top quality goal to round out the big win.
It perhaps could have been more goals as well as they were well on top, and also now in the table they are eight points clear at the top.
Elsewhere, Bridgwater Wolves lost 2-5 at home against New Foresters and Nether Stowey won 4-0 Highbridge Warriors.
And finally, Ramblers won 4-1 against Puriton after a second half red card for the visitors left them chasing the game.
