Western League Division One: Cadbury Heath 3-1 Middlezoy Rovers
MIDDLEZOY Rovers recent two-game winning run came to an end on Saturday (February 17) as they lost to Cadbury Heath away from home.
The match in the Toolstation Western League Division One ended 3-1 at Cadbury Heath were too strong for Middlezoy.
The hosts were able to control proceedings for large parts of the match as Zoy struggled to get a foothold.
Up next for Middlezoy is a home match against Keynsham Town on Saturday, February 24. Kick off is 3pm.
Elsewhere, Middlezoy Rovers Reserves earned a 6-1 win at home over Stockwood Green.
After a slow start Zoy eventually ran out comfortable winners to make it three wins in a row and again move closer to a top three spot.
Goals in the match came through D.Luce with two, C.Bridges, C.Birch, R.Hayward, and A.Almedia all with one each.
