Enmore Park Golf Club successfully hosted their inaugural Ladies Open, which saw 80 participants from all over the South West.
The Spring Open 4 Ball Bowmaker game was won by Ruth Maclennan, Suzanne Boydell, Maddie Carson and Dean Carlin with 83 points.
The Kendleshire Golf Club came in second with 79 points.
In aid of the club charity, Friends of Somerset Young Carers, Sheila Bowden and Kath Carr held a raffle that raised £294.
Halfway House provided cakes, savouries and healthy fruit options for the players.

The Breast Cancer Now charity event, a cause cause to lady captain Tina Morgan's heart, raised £600.
While Jo Wyatt, Kay Taylor, Shanni Whisler and Jackie Woodman won the 18-hole competition.
The best dressed team included Alison Marchant, Nanette Moore, Alison Greenslade and Anita Leng.
The local interleague match against Mendip resulted in a 4-3 home win for Enmore.
Other events such as the Monthly Medal, the Bank Holiday Stableford, and the 9 Hole Summer League saw victories from Ian Edwards, Kyle Prescott, and David Childs.
The match between Enmore Park Seniors and Teignmouth Seniors ended in a draw.
